Our Tasks
The Aseer Development Authority will perform myriads of tasks within four categories

- Drawing general policies for the region’s development
- Preparing, approving and executing strategic plans and studies for the region
- Establishing construction and land use regulations
- Developing programs, foundations and procedures to invite participation from the private sector
- Creating investment opportunities in the Aseer region

- Reviewing and approving the Zone Development plans prepared by other authorities
- Prioritizing programs and projects in sync with each other and the larger strategy
- Acquiring real estate to develop the area
- Revising zoning plans

- Supervising the rehabilitation and improvement of existing urban neighborhoods and historical sites
- Creating a strong database to refer to for development projects
- Setting up new companies for building partnerships with investors
