The Asir Region Development Authority is committed to providing an inclusive digital environment that enables all users, including the elderly and persons with disabilities, to access its services and digital platforms. This is in line with local regulations and international best practices. Recently, the Authority launched the Asir Digital Portal, which includes nearly thirty digital services, enabling beneficiaries to track their transactions digitally without the need to visit the Authority’s headquarters. The Authority continuously seeks to develop its digital platforms to be more accessible and inclusive, believing that access to government services is a fundamental right for all members of society, in line with national directions aimed at enhancing digital transformation and improving service quality for beneficiaries.
