3. The Authority reserves the right, without obligation, to withhold or remove any content that is deemed inconsistent with its policies or with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Under no circumstances shall the Authority or its employees be held legally liable for any comments or content published عبر its e-participation channels.

4. Engagement through e-participation tools does not imply endorsement or acceptance of opinions or proposals, nor does it constitute a commitment to implementation. All submissions are analyzed and evaluated based on feasibility and potential impact.

5. The Authority retains full intellectual and legal rights to handle submitted ideas and proposals, including recording, modifying, developing, or adapting them in alignment with its strategic objectives.
