Aseer Region boasts heritage treasures with deep historical roots. These villages share the enduring and authentic story of Aseer across generations, reflecting its rich cultural identity and heritage. In coordination with the Urban Landscape, studies are currently underway to develop all heritage villages across the region.

It is one of the heritage villages in Aseer with unique opportunities for tourism. It is known for the unique narrow paths connecting about 30 old houses. Summers are mild and winters are cold in this area which offers stunning views to visitors.

The Distinctive Architectural Style of the Village:

The village is distinguished by architectural and natural characteristics that are unique to the region:

Architectural Style: It consists of dozens of ancient houses made of stone and clay.
Al-Masareeb: The houses are connected to one another through narrow passageways known locally as "Al-Masareeb".
The Village Well: The village contains an ancient archaeological well that has always been and continues to be a lifeline and vital resource for the area.
Location and Nature: It is surrounded by enchanting nature and enjoys cold winters and mild summers, making it a distinctive destination throughout the year.
