Rabou’ Al-Sarw Village

Aseer Region boasts heritage treasures with deep historical roots. These villages share the enduring and authentic story of Aseer across generations, reflecting its rich cultural identity and heritage. In coordination with the Urban Landscape, studies are currently underway to develop all heritage villages across the region.

Rabou’ Al-Sarw Village

Al-Saru is one of the villages of Bani Shahr, affiliated to Al-Sarj Center in Aseer’s Al-Namas Governorate. , affiliated to the Aseer region. It is home to unique Arabian markets. The Al- Saru mosque is about 30 km south of Al-Namas on the road connecting Abha and Al-Baha.
The village of Rubou Al-Sarw contains many mosques, including the Rubou Al-Sarw Mosque, which is located in the heart of the village. The mosque holds great historical significance due to its association with the ancient market in the village, which is considered one of the oldest markets in the Kingdom.
