Jatham Village
Jatham Village is located north of Abha City at a distance of approximately 60 km, near King Faisal Road, and about 500 meters from the tourism strip. Most services are available within the surrounding area, such as mosques and schools at all educational levels for boys and girls.
Jatham was once a cultural and civilizational center in the region and is considered one of the ancient villages of Balhammar, where the Emirate headquarters and court were based, and people from neighboring villages would come to resolve disputes and conduct their affairs. It was inhabited by Al-Hadal, Al-Mar’i, Al-Faris, and Al-Dawas families and remained populated until about 30 years ago, after which residents gradually moved to modern cities.
