Key Duties and Responsibilities

Provide consultations to develop key objectives within the organization, follow up on related activities, projects, and initiatives, and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics to evaluate the achievement level of these objectives.

Oversee the improvement and analysis of the organization's products and services, identify available opportunities and areas for development, and enhance their presentation and delivery mechanisms to expand the beneficiary base.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with various categories and segments of beneficiaries.

Provide recommendations and proposals related to new opportunities for developing and expanding business, services, and products.

Enhance beneficiary satisfaction regarding services and operations, and communicate periodically to develop further business.

Review reports and financial statements, identify challenges, and provide consultations on various important future issues and initiatives.
