Aseer enjoys a unique and globally distinctive climate. During the peak of summer, temperatures in its breathtaking mountain parks do not exceed 24°C. On average, temperatures across the region are around 10°C lower than in other parts of Saudi Arabia, providing a level of thermal comfort that surpasses that of renowned tourist destinations such as Barcelona.

Aseer’s mountainous terrain and lush green vegetation contribute to higher rainfall levels, reaching up to 500 mm annually, with precipitation increasing during the spring and summer seasons. This pleasant and refreshing climate has also supported a thriving agricultural sector, enabling the cultivation of a diverse range of products, including coffee, wheat, dates, vegetables, and various fruits.

Notably, Aseer’s thermal comfort index is considered superior to that of Barcelona, further enhancing its appeal as a year-round destination.
