The Asir region is famous for producing some of the finest honey, thanks to its diverse climate and vegetation. Some of the most important types include: thistle honey, Sidr honey, wildflower honey, and summer honey.
Coffee
Coffee cultivation has been known in the Asir region since ancient times. Asir is considered one of the most important natural coffee-growing regions in the Kingdom, with an estimated 20,823 coffee trees producing 250 tons of green coffee and 83 tons of dry, ground coffee.
Safri
