Some of the most important types include: thistle honey, Sidr honey, wildflower honey, and summer honey.

Coffee Coffee cultivation has been known in the Asir region since ancient times. Asir is considered one of the most important natural coffee-growing regions in the Kingdom, with an estimated 20,823 coffee trees producing 250 tons of green coffee and 83 tons of dry, ground coffee.

Safri A type of date that is famous in the Bisha region, and it has an annual festival that forms an important economic resource for the region.

Wheat Wheat is a renowned agricultural product in the Asir region, which boasts some of the finest varieties, particularly in the Sarawat Mountains. The unique soil and climate there combine to produce wheat of exceptional quality, flavor, and economic value. Traditional dishes made from wheat, ghee, honey, and milk in the Asir region hold significant social, nutritional, and historical value. Among the most important of these dishes are: Areeka, Mashghoutha, Mabthoutha, Tasabi', Thareef, Laheeda, Marsa, Aseeda, and tandoor bread.
