ASDA launches “Aseer Portal” as unified digital platform

The Asir Region Development Authority has launched the “Asir Portal” as a unified digital platform that consolidates all its services into a single central hub. This initiative aims to facilitate seamless electronic access for individuals, the business sector, and government entities to the Authority’s services, with high levels of efficiency and reliability.
The Asir Portal seeks to deliver a qualitative leap in the beneficiary experience by unifying service channels and accelerating processes. It supports decision-making, enhances service quality, and promotes transparency within a strategic framework focused on building an integrated digital ecosystem that improves operational efficiency and supports the sustainability of institutional processes.
The portal represents a fundamental transformation in service delivery mechanisms, transitioning from manual procedures and fragmented, unclear journeys to fully integrated digital processes with clear, measurable steps. This unified channel contributes to reducing processing time and delivering a seamless, trackable user experience.
The Asir digital portal includes 8 service domains and 36 automated digital services. It also involved the execution of more than 35 business analysis sessions and the enablement of over 10 departments in its first phase. This comes as part of developing a digital model that reflects the Authority’s ambitions to enhance institutional performance and improve service delivery efficiency.
This step aligns with the Authority’s ongoing efforts to adopt modern digital solutions and achieve comprehensive digital transformation, contributing to the advancement of services, strengthening inter-agency integration, and supporting sustainable development goals in the region.
