The Vice President Signs a Cooperation Memorandum for Employee Recruitment

The Vice President of the Aseer Region Development Authority, Dr. Amr Al-Omari, signed a cooperation memorandum with Khotwa Recruitment Company during the Human Resources Innovation Conference held under the theme “From Innovation to Impact,” which coincided with the tenth edition of the Khotwa Recruitment Exhibition.
The event took place in Riyadh from October 2–4, with the Aseer Development Authority serving as a strategic sponsor.
During the panel discussion titled “Empowerment and Building Human Capabilities,” the Director General of Human Capital Management at the Aseer Region Development Authority, Mr. Mohammed Al-Manea, emphasized that the Authority adopts a proactive approach to employee development by designing and implementing customized training programs that meet employees’ needs and contribute to enhancing their performance, while linking these programs to annual performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement and development.
Al-Manea also highlighted the pivotal role played by institutional culture in developing employee capabilities. In addition, the Authority participated with a pavilion at the recruitment exhibition accompanying the conference, aiming to attract talents to work and contribute to achieving the objectives of the Aseer Region Development Authority.
