Aseer Development Authority Activates “Digital Report” Service

The Aseer Development Authority, in collaboration with the Digital Government Authority (DGA). has activated the “Digital Report” service to empower beneficiaries to contribute to the development of government digital services and enhance the overall digital experience.

The service enables beneficiaries to submit complaints related to government digital services, provide development suggestions, request service improvements, and propose the transformation of services from paper-based processes to digital formats. This contributes to improving service efficiency, accelerating the resolution of observations, and enhancing the beneficiary experience.
The service is part of the Digital Government Authority’s efforts to strengthen communication channels with beneficiaries and leverage their feedback and suggestions to improve digital services, supporting digital transformation objectives and enhancing the quality of government services.
“Digital Report” also helps identify challenges faced by beneficiaries and enables government entities to address them and continuously enhance their services, contributing to higher beneficiary satisfaction and meeting evolving expectations.
Beneficiaries are encouraged to make use of the service through the dedicated QR code and participate in improving digital services by sharing their feedback and development suggestions.
