Aseer Development Authority Signs MoU to Attract Talent During HR Innovation Conference
Dr. Amr Al-Omari, Executive Vice President of the Aseer Development Authority, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Khutwa Recruitment Company during the HR Innovation Conference, held under the theme “From Innovation to Impact” and in conjunction with the 10th edition of the Khutwa Employment Expo.
The event took place in Riyadh from October 2–4, with the Aseer Development Authority serving as a strategic sponsor.
During a panel discussion titled “Empowerment and Human Capital Development,” Mr. Mohammed Al-Manea, Director General of Human Capital at the Authority, emphasized that the Human Capital Department adopts a proactive approach to talent development. He highlighted the Authority’s commitment to designing and delivering tailored training programs that address individual development needs and enhance employee performance—programs that are closely linked to annual performance evaluations to ensure continuous growth and improvement.
Al-Manea also underscored the pivotal role of organizational culture in strengthening employee capabilities.
In parallel with the conference, the Authority participated with a dedicated booth at the employment expo, aimed at attracting top talent to join its workforce and contribute to realizing the strategic objectives of the Aseer Development Authority.
